Accounts Just Got an Upgrade: What’s New for 2025

We’ve rolled out a series of updates this quarter to make Stocksy’s Team Accounts more intuitive, responsive, and collaborative—because managing creative assets should feel seamless, not complicated. Here’s what’s new from our product and platform teams:

A Streamlined Experience for Teams

Simplified Invitation Flow
Inviting new team members is now smoother and easier to navigate.

A New Home Base for Your Team
The redesigned Team Accounts area is built to function like a true headquarters—everything you need in one place.

Refreshed Purchase Area
What was once “Purchase History” is now simply “Purchases,” with billing and transaction details fully integrated into your team dashboard.

Responsive Design
Manage your team, assets, and billing from any device. Team Accounts are now fully responsive across screens.

Easier Payment Management
Payment methods are organized in a clear, table view—so it’s easy to scan and manage at a glance.

Better Controls for User Roles and Spending
Adjusting spending limits and managing team roles now has a more user-friendly interface.

New Activity Insights
You can now view a user’s comp downloads from the last 30 days—making it easier to track interest and activity.

Introducing Team Galleries (and Smarter Gallery Tools)

We’re expanding what galleries can do, especially for teams that collaborate across time zones and workflows.

Editable by the Whole Team
Team Galleries function like our standard galleries, but with shared editing access by default.

Public Sharing Options
Want to share your gallery beyond your team? You can now set it to public visibility—though private remains the default.

External Collaborators Welcome
Invite people outside your team to contribute to a gallery—perfect for client collaboration or extended teams.

Create Galleries Anywhere
You can now create new galleries from the Team Galleries page, while saving an asset, or directly from the Team Activity feed.

One-Click Gallery Duplication
Make backups, spin off a personal copy, or “convert” between standard and team galleries—right from your dashboard.

New Ownership Flexibility
Standard gallery owners can now transfer ownership to any admin—ideal for when a project lead changes.

Tidier Workspaces
Standard gallery users can now leave galleries they no longer need. External collaborators can also leave any team galleries they’ve been invited to.
(Note: Members of a team cannot leave or hide their own team’s galleries.)
