Client Relations Representative

As a Client Relations Representative you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building business relationships with our clients. This role requires a high level of perseverance, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.


You are:

  • Enthusiastic, creative, and engaged.
  • Highly motivated to provide an awesome level of support to our clients and members.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys collaborative, team-based environments.

You have:

  • 2+ years of client relations experience in a digital environment.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce or related CRM tools.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A relatable sales style that aligns with our cooperative values.

Responsibilities:

  • Take a lead role in triaging, addressing, and escalating customer support issues.
  • Provide customer support for clients via email, telephone, LiveChat, and Zendesk.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve client issues related to account, website, technical or business issues.
  • Respond to inbound drip campaigns to capture marketing generated leads, and work in collaboration with marketing to continually improve response rates.
  • Stay on top of client relations trends, technologies, and methodologies to continually improve customer experience.
  • Ensure licensing standards are maintained in all transactions; flag usage issues to counsel as required.
  • Update help pages and customer service documentation.
  • Provide feedback to cross-functional teams, including User Experience, to continually improve customer experience.

Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Status:Employee
Location:Remote, with occasional in-office work as needed
Hours:Full time


Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Lead, the Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for executing processes and procedures related to billings and collections.


You are...

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and able to communicate professionally with stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and able to excel when working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently or as a team. Asks for help if unable to complete something by the deadline. Suggests improvements to processes or procedures where possible.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of analytics and reporting.

You have...

  • 1+ years experience in a relevant accounting or finance role, and education in a related discipline (i.e. accounting, business, finance, economics, management).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures. Comfortable with MS Excel and other financial tools (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
  • Experience using accounting software and payment gateways (e.g. Quickbooks, Paypal, Payoneer etc.).

Responsibilities…

  • Process incoming client payments through multiple payment methods i.e. cheques, wire transfers, and online transactions in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the Customers section of Quickbooks including setting up new accounts and documenting contact information for customers to ensure accurate client records are maintained.
  • Resolve client matters including issuing statements and invoices as well as answering clients’ questions, with the assistance of the Sales team.
  • Communicate directly with clients as needed, in a professional and service oriented manner while representing the values of Stocksy United.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of AR aging reports and other various matters with members of the Finance team, flag issues as they arise to team lead.
  • Complete tasks in accordance with Stocksy United Finance Operations standards, such as accuracy in processing payments, timeliness in responding to client inquiries, and observing the monthly financial close calendar.
  • Other finance related tasks that may occur as needed.
