Design

Intermediate Graphic Designer

Reporting directly to the VP of Product & Design, the Intermediate Graphic Designer will play an integral role in developing ambitious and innovative design projects to build the Stocksy brand. Through collaboration with other teams, you’ll be responsible for contributing to the overall design direction at Stocksy.


You are:

  • An excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills
  • Able to demonstrate strategic creativity
  • Highly curious and strive to be ahead of the curve in design and cultural trends
  • Experienced in contributing to cutting-edge and progressive design
  • Able to provide and receive constructive feedback and maintain a positive attitude

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in the digital graphic design field
  • Strong understanding of design and media landscape, and awareness of cultural trends
  • Experience with digital marketing, including email marketing, digital & social advertising within a growth-marketing environment
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design/editing technologies
  • Familiar with online project management and collaboration tools, such as Trello
  • A portfolio of past projects that demonstrate excellent design skills and creative process
  • Solid command over design techniques and visual elements (layout, typography, and imagery)
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS (preferred)
  • UX/UI experience (preferred)
  • Experience with video editing (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Produce strategic, on-brand designs to support the Product & Design and Marketing teams in the execution of campaigns and projects (digital, print, social, swag etc.)
  • Scope and create templates for the marketing team to increase efficiency and effectiveness of social media, blogs, email, print, retail and other channels
  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design, and be open to feedback from other designers to continually improve design skills

  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Wordpress, SEO (Video/Article), SEMrush, or similar platform
  • Expertise with project management software such as Asana or Trello

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Marketing Director to own the content marketing channel at Stocksy
  • Perform insightful research including keyword, competitive SERP, and article structures to make data-driven decisions and get buy-in from other stakeholders
  • Secure content creators including written and video with a high focus on quality, workflow, and scaling
  • Manage multiple content pieces at once across different states with multiple content creators
  • Report and optimize content marketing using analytics reporting, SEO, conversion funnels, and more
  • Manage and oversee our on-site blog and YouTube channel

  • Manage a list of existing clients and perform daily tasks to increase revenue per account
  • Provide customer support for clients via email, telephone, and ZenDesk, including service as needed during stat holidays, peak times, and staff absences
  • Resolve general client issues related to account, website, technical, or business
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Research and Marketing teams to fulfill client content needs
  • Assist sales team with competitive research and lead generation
  • Work with Sales Lead & Legal to negotiate master agreements, contract terms, and partnership arrangements
  • Assist Marketing in creating account profiles and personas for key accounts, and track all relevant customer information in the CRM to report on customer findings
  • Attend industry events, community meetups, and client meetings on Stocksy’s behalf

Data Analyst

As Stocksy’s Data Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating Stocksy’s current data collection needs, methodologies, tools, and processes, providing recommendations to senior leadership, and executing implementation measures to ensure our co-op is collecting the data we need, wielding the right tools, using efficient processes, and producing transparent, consistent, and strategically-critical data to support our roadmap. This role requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration with all of Stocksy’s departments as well as a high level of analyst and business intelligence skills.


You are:

  • Highly organized - a master of managing multiple projects at once in a high-paced, agile environment
  • Analytical - a lover of data, patterns, and conundrums
  • Inquisitive - someone who can take the path of more resistance to ask the right questions in order to achieve a better outcome
  • An excellent collaborator - a knack for working with a handful of different teams and learning how to speak their languages when tackling problems together

You have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a data-centric role, such as a data analyst, data engineer, data scientist, machine learning, business intelligence, or other relevant positions
  • A strong understanding of applied statistics in business environments
  • Experience working with multiple data collection tools, such as Sisense/Periscope, MySQL databases, ETL processes, Salesforce, Quickbooks, Google Analytics, or other custom internal tools
  • Experience with or willingness to learn and engage with project management software (such as Trello or Jira)
  • An ability to present research, results, and recommendations in easily-understandable and actionable formats for other teams and colleagues

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with all Stocksy departments to identify opportunities for leveraging internal data to inform and drive operational and strategic solutions
  • Evaluate Stocksy’s current data collection needs, methodologies, tools, and processes, and provide recommendations to enhance validity, consistency, efficiency, and transparency of all the data we collect, report, and action on
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of any new data sources and collection techniques
  • Assist the co-op in amalgamating and warehousing data with a focus on accessibility, usability, and transparency
  • Mine and analyze data from new and current sources, and translate findings into actual and predictive trends
  • Support Stocksy’s KPI reporting, at both co-op-wide and individual team levels, by providing recommendations to automate and innovate our reporting tools and processes
  • Empower team leads with training and guidance for their teams’ data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts
  • Be conversant in developments around (in)equity in algorithmic functions and assist the co-op in ensuring data collection and assessment is aligned with its missions of inclusion and equity
  • Investigate solutions to automate detection of data incongruencies across the co-op
  • Develop and implement custom data models to meet business needs, including predictive modelling, if needed
