Junior Marketing Coordinator

As Stocksy’s Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns to support Stocksy’s strategic goals. This position will work cross-functionally with other departments at Stocksy, and requires a high level of creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, communication skills, and project management experience.


You are:

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once

  • An excellent communicator who enjoys collaborative, team-based environments

You have:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment within a creative industry
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana or Trello
  • Skilled in tracking and analyzing ROI, with an ability to prove what is or isn’t working
  • Experience with social media and content marketing (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with other stakeholder departments to best understand user needs and team objectives, and execute bi-monthly, multi-channel marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Assist in sourcing and analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic metrics etc.) to help pivot current marketing activities and shape future campaigns
  • Evaluating and optimizing campaigns to improve ROI and better access target audiences
  • Evaluate and adjust marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective users
  • Assist with deploying ongoing social media and content marketing initiatives

Product Manager

The Product Manager will provide oversight and direction for a potential or existing product and manage that product through its lifecycle (from initial challenge, feasibility, scope & definition to development and execution, through to evaluation and adaptation). As it relates to the assigned product, this position will strive to understand the full scope of business requirements, provide comprehensive market research, and offer recommendations for implementation, innovation, or dissolution.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product & Design, the Product Manager is responsible for the tactical execution of product strategy for assigned products.


You are:

  • An inspiring and direct communicator who excels in cross-functional environment
  • Able to balance competing priorities and collaborate with various stakeholder groups
  • A master at pitching well-researched and well-articulated ideas Data-oriented, with an eye for innovation based off research
  • A master adaptor, resilient and responsive to expected & unexpected changes

You have:

  • 3+ years experience in product research, product management, and/or project management (ideally from a creative, media, agency, or related environment)
  • Associates degree in business, design, or related field
  • Experience leading and working with international and remote teams in a cross-functional, Agile environment
  • Experience working in a variety of markets, both domestic and international, with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of developing, implementing, executing, and evaluating product strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, engage and oversee overall efficiency and performance of a cross-functional product team
  • Drive the development, implementation, execution, and evaluation of strategy for new or existing products
  • Establish clear KPIs for the relevant product that align with Stocksy’s roadmap, and work with the relevant leads to track, assess, and pivot
  • Provide excellent market research and analysis to help Stocksy stay ahead of trends with its product offerings
  • Utilize an expert knowledge of business requirements that attained through internal and external data collection and analysis, and use this to help evaluate the challenge at hand and recommend the best path forward for the co-op
  • Generate and incorporate a comprehensive, cross-functional understanding of business, collection, contributor, and client needs
  • Collaborate with relevant leadership to ensure the relevant product(s) are on brand in terms of overall tone, aesthetic, and breadth and depth
