Finance Assistant

Status:Full Time, 3 Month Contract with potential option for extension

Stocksy is looking for an Finance Assistant to join our growing Finance Team. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an incredible team of industry leaders. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Finance Assistant will play an integral role in maintaining the smooth operation of our financial systems in support of our co-operative.


  • Support the finance team with day-to-day processes including recording expenses and receipts.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage and process invoices
  • Organizing and filing paperwork
  • Processing tax payments
  • Provide internal financial support to other departments as required
  • Contribute to evolving the organization’s financial systems and processes
  • Assist the VP of Finance as required

You are...

You have...

  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

Sales Manager

Status:Full Time
Location:Stocksy HQ (Victoria, BC)

Stocksy is looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing Customer Relations Team. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an incredible team of industry leaders. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Sales Manager will play an integral role in driving business growth.


  • Identify opportunities and develop processes and a communication strategy to keep Stocksy competitive and innovative
  • Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies
  • Implement and lead localized sales programs in target regions
  • Establish sales objectives by accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Optimize and define sales workflows using Salesforce to maintain accurate reporting and visibility for the executive staff and fellow team members
  • Negotiate master agreements, contract terms, and partnership arrangements
  • Direct market channel development activity and coordinate sales processes by establishing sales workflows, delegations, quotas and goals.
  • Represent Stocksy at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Oversee the sales and client relations teams to identify potential leads and opportunities at every touch point
  • Directly oversee and recruit regional account managers
