Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the holistic marketing strategy with a strategic, audience-focused, sales-aligned, data-driven, and long-term digital strategy. The Social Media Marketing Manager is essential in driving a full-funnel brand to demand strategy in alignment with marketing and sales objectives by planning, creating, executing, and optimizing our paid media (including SEM and Paid Social).

You have:
- 6+ years of progressive digital strategy management and experience running results-driven lead generation campaigns.
- Experience developing, implementing, executing, and assessing strategic digital plans that align with and support other organizational strategies and priorities.
- Experience developing SEO/SEM strategies for other B2B or B2C corporations.
- Experience with social media and paid advertising campaign management including Implementing Paid Digital Advertising Strategy (Google Ads, Twitter Ads, FB/IG Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TIkTok Ads).
- Experience with Google Analytics and social media management - Hootsuite or something similar.
- Experience in optimizing campaigns end-to-end (including audience segments, budgets, creative, content, channels, tactics, etc.) on an ongoing basis in real-time.
- Proven track record of driving results for B2C or B2B organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to experiment and A/B test and learn new ideas and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the stock media industry, competitive landscape and visual trends.
- Foundational understanding of the culture of the creative class and our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drive online traffic to our website using SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and content syndication.
- Drive decisions based on quantitative and qualitative research, analysis, and stakeholder input.
- Leverage extensive social media expertise and current best practices to lead the planning and execution of paid social media strategies in tandem with our organic Social Media Coordinator.
- Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations, provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to drive business performance forward.
- Under the guidance of the Marketing Director – Partner with Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Organic Social Coordinator and Sr. Content Specialist to create holistic brand to demand campaigns deliver on brand and lead generation KPIs.
- Work with reps from each social media platform to understand best practices, new products and new beta opportunities - bringing these back to Stocksy for consideration.
- Own the Digital section of Monthly Marketing Report which provides a data-driven lens into the results from each marketing channel with a section on key recommendations that can be used to enhance the marketing strategy as well as Sales, Product, AR, and Tech strategies.
