Ingredients for the best roast potatoes ever

Chopped onions, garlic, juice of one lemon, grated parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, rosemary, on a wooden cutting board. Toss with potato wedges, olive oil and sea salt. Roast until golden at 450F. Delicious!
