Easter: Using Beets to Color Easter Eggs Red
Series with Easter Eggs and dye produced by using natural vegetable produce as follows:
Use 1 medium chooped beet for red, 1/4 chopped red cabbage for blue, the outer skins of 2 yellow onion skins for yellow. Add to 4 cups boiling water. Add 2 tsp. white vinegar. Let come to room temperature. Strain and use to color eggs.
