Ingredients: English muffin, sautéed baby leaf spinach, tofu (marinated then fried), fried ripe Tomato, vegan Hollandaise Sauce (soy yogurt, nutritional yeast, white wine, lemon, mustard, salt and pepper). Garnished with chives and chopped parsley.
